Lost Shipments

If you suspect your delivery has been lost please contact us using the details in the footer of our website so we can help you resolve the issue. Royal Mail do not class the shipment as lost until 16 days after departure from our warehouse.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. e-liquids are considered perishable goods and are non-returnable. Returns will be accepted only if the product is dead on arrival or defective on arrival. Retail Customers will have to tell us no later than 24 hours after product arrives to customers doorstep. Wholesale customers will have to inform our returns department within 3 days of any re-sale made by them. Returns will come back with original product/packaging.

For any returns, customers will provide proof with pictures or a video showing defect, also written conformation by email of product defect/date of purchase/when did product arrive to customer.

The delivery cost of returning customer defect product will be customers cost.

If customers are unhappy with any non-perishable and want full refund, we give it to them, only to make sure that the returned merchandise is shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. damaged items will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

If customers want a new product sent out because of manufacturers defect, we send new product out to them once the faulty product is returned and checked for faults.

Any products returned to Vapetto Ltd by customers because of manufacturers fault/defect, will be returned to, with customers pictures/videos/email showing and listing what the problem is. Once Vapetto Ltd agree the product is a manufacturer fault/defect then Vapetto Ltd will send out a new product to customer. Vapetto Ltd pay for the re-delivery charge.

Returns and replacements must be made using the returns page form. You must have the original invoice details and all correct information to send to us. Once we receive your returns form we will contact you with details of how and where to send your items. All returns must be sent to Vapetto Ltd as Recorded Delivery via RoyalMail, Vapetto Ltd will not pay for the return postage this is solely down to the customer. Due to health and safety reasons and because of warehouse hygiene specifications, Vapetto Ltd can not accept the return of perishable goods e.g eJuices, eLiquids, coils or devices that are used. Vapetto Ltd can and will replace faulty products once we have completed our returns checks and ensured the problem of the product is genuinely faulty.
